Kalamna Building collapse Many still under trapped at Nagpur

Chikli Layout, Kalamna bulding collapse has lead to arrest of owner Pramod Kahandelwal. The cold storage collapsed on monday evening. The reason for collapse is not yet known but all those associated in the construction process are being interrogated.

The kin of missing family members are still waiting outside the collapsed debris waiting for their loved ones to come out alive. Police operations are in full swing and they are still in the process of rescuing people.

Even 24 hours after the collapse which claimed lives of innocent labourers and trapping dozens of them inside the rubble, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation administration failed to even make arrangements for big cranes and other heavy machinery needed for the rescue operation, leave alone rescuing even a single labourer on Tuesday. This lackadaisical and callous attitude of the civic authorities evoked strong and impulsive reactions from the relatives of the labourers feared still trapped under the debris
